At Hillbank we have the following Services throughout the week.
10.00 a.m. Breaking of Bread – Each Sunday we have a communion service open to all professing believers in Christ. This is a time of open, reverent worship and meditation consisting of hymns, Bible readings, reflections and prayers before partaking in the Lord’s supper.
11.15 a.m. Family Service (with Sunday Club for children and Searchers for teenagers)
All are welcome to come to our Family Service, which generally last for an hour. This usually consists of a short time focussed on the children before they go to Sunday Club/Searchers followed by a time of worshipping God through prayer and singing hymns. We then have a 30 minute (approx) Bible-based message from our speaker for that day. All can expect a warm and friendly welcome at our Family Services and a relaxed environment to come and worship God. Tea and coffee is served from 11am prior to the service.
6.00 p.m. (Occassionally at 4.00 p.m) Teaching and Ministry – Sunday evenings can vary but usually they consist of a time of Bible teaching in the church, often working through a particular book in the Bible or theme.
7.30 p.m Prayer and Bible Teaching – This consists of around 30 minutes of Bible teaching from someone in the church followed by 45 minutes of open prayer covering a range of personal, local, national and international issues.
